Broken transformations

I recently finished the Mysterious Cave dungeon for Halloween, and bought a Fire Elf transformation from Tarley at the end. But when I went to the commons, I was me. On the left of my screen, it said I had the transformation on. Now I'm only a fire elf inside the Death school, and a wizard everywhere else. Help?

If you are on a mount the transformation is cancelled out. It only works visually if you are walking.
