bug in three points dungeon

i was doing the the quest to rescue the third mystic but i hit team up then went to wizard city to train my pet and afterwords the team up was gone and could not team up again or go into the dungeon as it is like it i had not unlocked that dungeon yet even though i had. can any one help me.

Did you request help using team up at the dungeon sigils or did you join at the kiosk in olde town?
