buying packs from the crown shop

I thought that if you want to buy a pack from the crown shop you should have 7 slots in your backpack. I have 110 of 120 in my backpack and cannot buy a pack. Ten open slots should let me buy the pack but I can't buy any packs. Thank you for helping me figure out why in advance.

Make sure your reagents,snacks,housing is not over filled as well. I usually sell or unload all of those so i have space.

You also have to have 7 free treasure card slots.
