I have noticed a awesome outfit with jeans and any shirt that's just what i need for my character But it's a quest in crab alley that I haven't gotten yet Why is that?
You get the rocking outfit once you complete crab alley. If you haven't gotten the quest for it, just keep questing there and you will get it. Also, if you trashed/fed the outfit to your pet, you can always just make a new character, level it to fifteen or so and then do crab alley, put it in the shared bank, and use it on your main character.
