i have been trying to find outside of the bazaar where to get the treasure card

Vengeance it is a CL card but i can not find where else to get it.

anyone got an answer for me?

i have the school spell for vengeance
i wanted to know where i can get the
treasure card. other than the Bazaar...
i have gotten quite a few in there
and just wanted to know what vendor or library has it
