cannot finish player versus player quest

Can anyone please tell me how to finish this quest? I am level 40.

I cannot find leaderboard, ranked or practice pedestal anywhere in PVP arena. Where are those pedestals?

Oof.

They removed them from the game when they redid the arena. Does it work if you try interacting with the new kiosks?

Doesn't look like it; I tried the same, with no effect.

Looks like all you can do is Hide the quest (click the Hide button in the top-right corner of the quest card) so it doesn't keep showing up in your log.
