Cannot get around CA Security Suite Firewall

I have searched the forums and found the port information which I believe I have allowed access to via my firewall, anyone else using CA Security Suite 2010 and getting onto Wizard101?

The ports to allow:
tcp 12000 for login,
tcp 12500 for patch,
tcp/udp 12000-12999 for game

Go into program control and allow Wizard101 full access.
