We're questing in twin giants. We did all the quests to get through the secret door and was able to do so. However, once we stopped and tried to go back later the secret door is back and there is no way to get to our next quest. All three of us are having the same problem and we met another wizard that couldn't get through either.

yes open a ticket, I have a ticket some can be fixed right away some its going to take time could be a week or so to resolve. Sad to hear your questing that and cant access :( I have been done with the game a while now just farming ole mirror lake etc...
