Cannot get to Chelsea Court in Marleybone!

I am a level 34 wizard and I can't access Chelsea Court!
I know that I need to finish Hyde Park in order to buy tickets to Chelsea court but I've already obtained all the quests I can from Marleybone and all six of them need me to go to Chelsea Court.
I'm at a complete stand-still and it's really bumming me out. Questfinder just takes me to Chelsea court, too.
I think I finished Hyde Park but I still can't leave. Help! What do I do?

So long as you do the main storyline in Hyde Park (and finish it), it will allow you to access Chelsea Court. You won't have access until you do the main storyline.
