I had received the same message about a month ago. What happened is that the crown system thinks that someone is stealing crowns from your account. It assumes this because there were multiple transactions of your account purchasing crowns with short time periods of time in between them.
I don't know WHY the crown system assumes it without looking deeper in the situation, but don't fret, your account won't be altered in any way. Give it a day and you'll be able to buy crowns again with no issues.
