So I was in the middle of a battle with the boss Cyclops guy (Eyeus I think) when the battle froze. Next thing I knew, I was defeated and back in the commons. I noticed there were quite a few NPCs missing, so I figured it was just a glitch and exited the game. However, I've been unable to get back into the game since then. I keep getting the message, "Connection to server lost!". The one time I did get back into the game, all of the NPCs and baddies were missing, and I got the "Connection lost!" message again.
My internet is fine. I can get onto other sites with no problem. Are you guys having server problems?
If you're playing in a "Crowded" server during prime time, you're going to run into server congestion. It's possible that some of the elements (such as the NPC's) simply aren't loading.
It's also possible that it's a computer issue on your end, or your Wizard101 files could be corrupted. If the problem persists, send in a ticket to Support.
