cant find suun min in mooshu!

I am in ds questing and the told me to craft flamesoul cloaks and the recipe can be bought in kishbe village. I looked all over kishbe village and i looked it up and they're saying that its across a person near a lake. There was like no lake over there. please help D:

Yes there is a lake. This link shows a map of Kishibe Village:

The lake is in the area behind the name tag for Tu Luk Kwo. And the recipe vendor you are looking for is right near Tu Luk Kwo and Kaili Liu.

The vendor is standing right near the three central teleporter stones in that area.
