can't get quest 'bungle in the jungle'

i have completed all requirements to get the quest 'bungle in the jungle' but when i go talk to Inyanga Whitestripes he doesn't have the quest, instead he has the quest 'professor who?'.

Did i miss something?

You have to be at least level 66 and have completed "For My Next Trick" from Koko Smokesign.
