I am an active member, i can log in to the main game, but as soon as i enter my password in to the test realm it goes to the loading bars for a second, nothing loads and it goes back to the enter user and password part.

Would anyone know how to fix this?
If you have not actually downloaded the Test Realm, you won't be able to log in. If you have, then you need to contact support@wizard101.com or use the "help" icon in the upper right of this page.
