can't log on

Hi. Okay so, whenever i try to log on, after the loading screen, the screen turns to white and i have to restart my computer to get out of it. Please help me or inform me as to what is going on. Dainel dragonhunter lvl 52

If the white screen is fullscreen, then I guess on the launcher, you can click 'Settings', and uncheck fullscreen mode. This may prevent you from needing to restart your computer to get out of it.
this is just a Suggestion

Same thing happen to me since last week, you should send an email to Help and support.
