Can't Port Back to My Dorm

I was trying to get back to my dorm but my screen kept saying:

"Can't Find Your Server Zone (connect to long?)

I tried 4 times and fail.

please fix this kingsisle

Try changing realms or logging out and logging back in. Normally if I have a problem getting to an area this fixes the problem for me.

Hmm... I never enter my dorm except via the front door or crafted teleporter...

In any case, can you specify how you entered? By "Go Home" button, by teleporter, by "Go Home" from a castle, by the front door, or even porting to a friend inside?

Logging in and out doesn't work,

and I can't choose realms because it says 1/0 realms.

You need to contact our support team regarding technical issues such as this.

Our support team can help you but you need to contact us at support@wizard101.com - when you contact support, please ensure that you give us:
->the account name
->the character name
->the character level
->the character school
->the operating system (PC or MAC)
->as much information about what you encountered as you can, including error messages or screenshots

NEVER send us (or anyone!):
->your password
->your full credit card information

The more information you give up front, the faster your issue can be resolved. It can take up to 48 hours for Wizard101 customer support to reply to your email.
