Hi, I was playing in Polaris yesterday, and as soon as I entered the room where I was supposed to fight Captain Winters, he wasn't there. He appeared a few minutes later, probably around 2-3 minutes, but I was wondering if there is still the bug/glitch causing his appearance to delay? Thanks.
