When you visit Babbage Basset in MB, under Treasure Card Shop, there are 2 treasure card spells for MOVE SOUTH 50 and NO treasure card spell for MOVE NORTH 50. When you purchase the second MOVE SOUTH 50, in your Castle Magic TC spells, it will show up as the first of two tcs that say MOVE SOUTH 50. It's still incorrectly labeled at the top as MOVE SOUTH 50, but on the bottom of the card it says "Moves an object NORTH 50 units" and when used will move an object NORTH 50 units.
