My 8 year old son accidently deleted his highest level guy last night. 34 Death. His guy has all the houses we bought with crowns and his pets too.
I have gone to Help and Support to submit a ticket, filled out the form, hit submit. It askes me for a valid email address. My address is correct so i hit continue and i get an error telling me that my email address is already in the database and i can not create another account.
How do i submit a ticket for help if it gives me errors? I would like to have my sons character restored please.
