Character wont load in the arcanum
Whenever I go to get on my character the screen says Problem: failed to load zone. My character is at the arcanum. Any help would be appreciated.

Oh oh! That doesn't sound right.
Please contact Customer Support and have them reset your character's location. They may have other suggestions as well. Please feel free to reference this thread when you contact them.
