I need help. I have a quest that requires me to go to Chelsea Court, but when i try to enter the transport vehicle it says "You don't have a ticket for that" (Or whatever else it says). How do i get the quest to get to Chelsea Court? Thanks in advance.

I had a similar situation back a couple of years ago... Assuming you were like me, have you checked if this is a side quest? You can always refer to the MB quest map to ensure this. If it is a side, then you will probably have to wait until the main quest for Chelsea Court is received.

This is a common issue with level 28 spell quests from several schools. You get the quest at level 28 but you don't actually get access to Chelsea Court until you complete Hyde Park. Just follow the Marleybone mainline quests until you get through Hyde Park, once you start your first Chelsea Court mainline quest you can access the boss for the spell quest.
