Recently I purchased a membership for wizard101, and suddenly, after playing for about 20 minutes, the game said it could not connect to wizard101, and when I relaunched it, there is an equipment file that continues to load called "Cleric Body" I don't know if I need to remove this file, or what, but it happens on my other account as well, where there is a piece of equipment that won't load. Please help me! I turned off my firewall, and reinstalled the game but neither worked. Please help me! My subscription days are slipping away!
The thing is, is that I did. I responded to their email, but my subscription days are slipping away and I am worried I won't be able to fix it. ANd the support email has a way they like for us to respond to their emails, and I don't know if I am responding correctly. Can you help me here?
