Immediately after today's broadcast of KI LIVE I tried the redemption code many times and kept getting "invalid code". I thought Tom said it was "classprize"- all one word. No prize received.
He really should get some software or something that allows him to have the actual code flashed on the screen. That would really be helpful in ki live. Also could use that feature for other things.
