Hello, my wizard named Thomas has just reached the end a mine dungeon in Cenote, Azteca. Prompted by the instance quest 'Cold Dead Hands' I tried to pick up the Badge of Leadership, however there was no option for me to pick it up. After re-logging the quest item disappeared completely. Any help would be much appreciated and I do not want to do this dungeon again.
