Commemerative Poppy Display Bug

Hi, so today I tried getting the "Commemerative Poppy Display" item with the code, so I put in the code "poppy2015" and when I clicked activate, I went on my character, and I couldn't redeem it. The gift icon never showed up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You will need to log out and back in to the game to see the gift window.

I did log out, twice, and I still cant get my Poppy for V Day and time is running out ! How do I get it ?

Let me clarify a little more....I went to the link, signed in, put in the word (which didnt work at first, refreshed several time before it did) got to the "acitvate" button and it would not let me pick up the Poppy. So how do I get one before time runs out in 40 min. ?

The next time you log in to game you will see the item in your gift window.
