You're not alone. I have become very familiar with the circle with broken chain showing up on my screen. I've tried various realms and that doesn't help. Very hard to get through a dungeon.
This sort of thing keeps happening to me, too. I get a broken chain symbol, then snap back to some other point in the area. Not entirely sure what's causing it, my connection is usually fine, but it happens at least once every other time I'm playing.
