crazy critical cloaks

what's the deal with critical hits? I have an outfit where the stats give me more critical than what I usually wear, but the cloak with the lower critical stats does critical more!! Help! Frustrating!!

What you're experiencing is simply good and bad luck for the equipment you mention. In the long run, they work as they should.
