Hi everyone! I would like to submit a problem I have seen for quite a while now. I haven't been able to critical block against anything! I have almost 500 critical block (universal) but I cannot block! I went against a storm with about 320 critical and he landed a critical on me! I don't know how this happened especially because my storm has 603 critical which is 72% chance of critical! So that wizard's critical would be about 36%. This is crazy how they land criticals, I didn't block once in that battle! Could anyone explain this a bit more to me?
