I just wanted to mention that I've turned off basically all detail, unloaded all items in my pack (that aren't equipped), and anything else that would grind the graphics to a halt.
None of these worked so I've made a suggestion about making the henchman their own separate store. Perhaps the problem is there is too much stuff loading up from the Crown Store.
