Hello. I was redeeming credits yesterday for Deckathalon on all 4 of my wizards. I was doing so rather quickly by porting to event, redeeming, then immediately switching wizards. Today when I logged on to do the same, I noticed one of the wizards was missing 3 credits even though I redeemed them and NEVER used them. I contacted a dev on Twitter, and he told me to support an email to support. I did that, and I was informed they are unable to accommodate because they cannot restore credits. Please advise and help. I would very much so like these 3 credits back.
