Detonate bug

One day I was bored so my friend cast frostbite then I used detonate and I found it only dealed the damage of one of the ticks. Is this a bug?

Sounds to me like there was only 1 tick remaining on the dot (in this case frostbite) so it would only do the damage of the remaining tick. Hope this helped :)

It was cast the same turn as frostbite, after frostbite was cast I used detonate.

bug or maybe they had a couple shields or good resistance to ice such things must be considered before screaming bug glitch
