didn't get level 78 balance quest

a few minutes after i leveled up, i went to the balance teacher and i didn't get my quest! then i waited a while, and wasn't there.

requirements? anything that can help me out?

i was looking and i saw spell quests. the quest i was looking for is a pet quest but, i glad you helped though.
