so i recently came back to the game after a 2-month break... and i was excited to see all of the pretty new hairdos in the crown shop!
i bought the cha-cha in dark brown for my level 90 balance wizard. it looks fine in-game, but in her character portrait and on the load screen, it's a reddish colour. so i bought another one, thinking i had picked the wrong colour the first time... but no: it was exactly the same. so i bought a THIRD one... this one was black when i tried it on and, in my wizard's character pic/on the load screen, it appears this horrible, washed-out grey colour.
this was a problem before i left, ki~ people had the same issues with crown-shop hair 2 MONTHS ago, and it isn't fixed. why has this not been sorted? if i put money into this game, i expect that the items i purchase will be as they appear... is that so wrong?

I could have sworn they said they fixed it, but MINE IS STILL BROWN! I got Molly the cha-cha, it looks light on the charater screen, but is still brown (the right color) in the game. Savannah's was brown but then it got darker... and darker... and it's brown. It was blond, but now it's brown.

Also, I have the same problem with my cha-cha, and my owl hairstyles, I bought them in blue, and when I log on they're highliter-bright.

i thought i read somewhere that this issue had been fixed as well~ it obviously hasn't, just like mr. fluffy still has those eye twitches (no worries, molly~ i'm sure you took wonderful care of him, though i wish the same could be said for ki and their botched dye-jobs, lol).
i'll be around through halloween (probably), and after that, we'll see... but it's nice to post again!
