With the addition of gardening, I am finding the need to change toons more often to tend their plants. The problem is that I am getting disconnected from the game as I "cycle" through toons on the account.
YES I HAVE A TICKET IN, but they are talking about my connection (20 Mbps up/20 Mbps down FIOS), cables (mine are CAT6a or better than RJ45) and other exterior solutions that are not the problem. Going through loading zones (where there appears to be some user/server verification going) does not cause a problem. The problem arises when the change of toon verification process is initiated, and I am disconnected.
