I believe with the addition of Dungeon Recall some of the older worlds did not get it completely implemented and/or may be glitched. Earlier today, I was doing Sylvia Drake's Tomb in the Necropolis. On the third level with I believe a Beghastion Crowcaller and Bone Warrior I defeated the Bone Warrior but the Beghastion Crowcaller defeated me. I used Dungeon Recall and defeated the Beghastion Crowcaller but the gate wouldn't open, forcing me to do 3 levels of minions all over again. Not a big deal but it was annoying.
