Hey just a small problem, i'm playing on a 2005 windows xp laptop it that has something to do with it, many of the earn crowns videos just sit at a black screen with the video player open and never load. however, some of them do load, so I don't know why. Its quite annoying. any ideas?
This problem is still happening on a brand new lap top in 2014. Video will say it is loading and then stay a black screen and unable to watch, only get a message saying that only a few seconds of the video had been watched and it isn't long enough to get crowns.....
Also, if crowns do not show up on my account and my daughter's we have contacted king isle support and almost a week later we still have not heard back from ki on this nor have we been given the crowns for the videos that were watched....
