Earning Spells

Hi, I'm an ice wizard and I've recently gotten to the level where I am supposed to receive Frost Giant, but it doesn't seem to be available. As in, I can't get the spell. What can I do? Please help!

Do you have any past spell quests incomplete?

Please check to see if you have the spell "iceblade" as it is a requirement for frost giant
