I've brought this issue to Ratbeard previously; however, after being several months I figure I should take my gripe here. I grinded incredibly hard to get Elemental Retriever for my new fire wizard so I can earn spellements as I play through the storyline, however, after camping wooden chests, and progressing through Marleybone, not a single chest has ever dropped a spellement.
This is incredibly saddening and I have not played on my fire wizard because I would like the talent to work as intended before wasting the chests I would like to gather while questing. I hope this is becomes a priority if it is not already and look forward to a fix.
