Energy Elixir

Why can't I claim my Energy Elixir? Even when my energy is empty, it won't let me claim or use the elixir, why?

Make sure it is your "energy" that is empty or you can't claim it. The gift was for the Pet/Gardening Energy (green globe).

It is "not" for your Health (red globe), and it is "not" for your Mana (blue globe).

Is your green globe empty?

These are elixirs for planting. Until you've used up some gardening "energy", you can't claim the elixir gifts.

Actually, the Energy Elixir is for both pets and gardening. You can use up the energy for both or either one of them.
