not really a problem but sometimes for me i can enter a boss/ dungeon (for me frostholm) when i didnt have the quest or shouldnt be able to enter, anyone else notice this?

Are you talking about being able to teleport into them to your friends, or something else entirely? If it's the teleport thingy, that's not unusual at all.
