i when to log on to play wizard101 and i played for a while. then i wanted to look up something on the website so i loged out, looked it up, and when i tried to log on again, a message popped up saying an error occured and they needed info. i filled out the sheet and sent it and tried to get on again to see if it was a false alarm and the error message popped up again. what do i do?
