So I did the Exalted Zeus battle today, and on the first round, Hades cheat-casted an attack that did 4 damage the first hit, then added 4 DoT's to me. Only the first one did damage (only 3), and the rest stayed on me without a single effect for the entire battle.
I'm sure this is just a bug, and KI will be quick to fix it.
Almost positive that this is intentional. The hades spell jewel, a possible reward from zeus battle, says: "Deal 1190 damage after 4 rounds". It basically works like burning rampage.
