Fire Elf Hunter Snow Shield Bug

I don't know how urgent this is, but I thought I'd better report it:

A Fire Elf Hunter on Fire Cat Alley used a Snow Shield and it said -25% to next spell

It's supposed to be 25% so it's easier for lower level wizards. KI nerfed the shields in firecat alley a long time ago.
