Hopefully this is the right place for this, I do tournaments on pvp central and I leveled from 39 to 40 through winterbane accidentally I am in the finals of 2 tournaments with this character and I am now too high of a level to compete I tried contacting support but no matter what I do it says need to put in a email and a product what does that even mean? I really need to be leveled back down to 39 even if I lose the stuff I got from winterbane I did it with my friend who was lvl 90 and did not know it gave xp is there any way for me to be leveled back down to 39? Thanks.
