I decided to come to the forums for answers to my problems and to report the bugs i have been seeing. so ill play the game normally and i will go back to the commons to go to either the bazaar or the pet pavilion and i will crash after being in the commons for a few seconds, i have no idea what has been causing this but it has happened multiple times and has been happening more frequently lately. i have crashed in other places too, but i have crashed the most in the commons

I logged in not to long ago and saw that my character(s) skin(s) were gray and almost transparent, i entered the game on my level 80 and his skin was still almost transparent, then i switched wizards and it was fine. i've also seen in the Midnight Sun Pagoda housing gauntlet that the dungeon flashes shades of red and yellow while i am inside the dungeon, my health globe, mana globe, and character page are all fine its just the dungeon itself (the flashes is coming from behind my globes)

I've actually got a lot of equipment that is semi-transparent. Happens with some other things in the game too. Forest Lord is sometimes completely invisible, except for his eyes, while his trees are semi-transparent. Minotaur is sometimes invisible, except for his clothes and axe.
Are you still on Windows XP? That's what I'm chalking my graphics "problems" up to. Some of the updated material I think isn't fully compatible with the outdated software that a person is limited to with the old OS.
If you go through the support ticketing system, the techs there should be able to direct you to an error log and with that, they should be able to determine where the problem is. But if you don't like waiting for their responses, my advice is to uninstall the game, once that's done look and see if there is a wizard101 folder in your program files, if so delete that too. Then reinstall the game.
If I had to wager, there's probably a single bad file in the game data files. The file was probably being updated during one of the last patches and didn't get completely updated. These things happen once in a while.
After about 3 days of emailing and sending files back and forth with Customer support, we found out the problem and hopefully i can get this fixed, thanks everyone for attempting to help
