Hello, I seem to be havin a problem with my game. I may just be worried about something that will fix itself but, whenever I try to log in now, it gives me this message: "To play Wizard101, you (or your parent) may need to make changes to your system configuration. When this is done, you will be able to play!" I did not just start playing, and have restarted my computer and the game several times. I was just logged in last night. Did it show that message only because too many players were trying to log in at once time?

A DxDiag is a utility designed to display the specifications of the user's hardware, as well as to test DirectX software, including sound and video. If you are asked for this information in an email, it helps the support group relate your gaming issue to your personal computer.
To create a dxdiag.txt just go to Start -> Run (or Search in Vista) and enter dxdiag and click OK. Once the program has run its course, click "Save all Information" and it will output a txt file that you can attach to your email.
