Trying to load the game but it won't patch, second day now and it happened last week starting on Sunday too. It gets to the point of File Progress Patching: .../Axteca-AZ_ZOO_Aocalo.wad and quits. I can let it hang at this point for hours and it won't patch.
Just recently bought a subscription after playing for about a year, sorry I did. The bugs and problems are becoming very much like the Zynga games, and I quit playing those because of the problems. I hope you don't plan on taking your company and games the direction of Zynga.
Previously (about two weeks earlier) I was having connection problems and couldn't get into areas that I had always been able to get into. Sent a problem ticket in for that also. Getting tired of sending problem tickets!
If you are having trouble logging in it might be because your Firewall could be blocking access to Wizard101 or the ports that it is trying to communicate through. Please make sure that Wizard101 is on your Firewall's exceptions list (this allows it to access the internet). If you're unsure how to allow access, check out the knowledge base article(s):
