I've noticed instead of gear giving damage in percent form, sometimes it gives the socket damage. Like Kraken Boots give 4 Damage not 4%, Damage Hood of Tension gives 4 damage not 4% and Greebly's Storm Drape gives 4 damage instead of 4%. Is it supposed to be like this?
