Get get into Barracks

Hi, I was summoned into a dungeon in Krokotopia and I bought a pass. But when I left and tried to get into it by a normal entrance, I can't get in. I would like some help please. I think that it's some sort of Barracks.

Not sure which dungeon you mean?? What is the name of your quest?

If this is for a school quest, you are out of luck until you earn your way into that area.
Do the main storyline quests and you will gain access to the area you need.
