getting critical one empower

I got a critical on empower and i remember reading one of your posts that you fixed that i just get three pips but do more damage when i get critical.

It was fixed on the test realm, not the live realm.

well shouldn't it be fixed in the live realm and also the updates come late.

well, the test realm is there to test them out, you dont really want a bugged item going into the live relm, do you? at the top of the update notes, it says, obvisly when these updates are in the test realm,

"These updates are only available
in the TEST REALM at this time."

also, things may not be fixed right so then there be even more confusion.

well, the test realm is there to test them out, you dont really want a bugged item going into the live relm, do you? at the top of the update notes, it says, obvisly when these updates are in the test realm,
